SAMDbServer - Building the Server

  1. Checkout the following products from CVS:
    1. sam_db_server
    2. sam_db_server_idl
    3. sam_common
    4. sam_common_idl
  2. cd sam_db_server
  3. source sam_setup.[sh or csh]
  4. gmake

To start your server: DbListener.py -t=SAM -n=$SAM_DB_SERVER_NAME (don't sweat the name it will be defined as yourUserName.dev:SAMDbServer)
